What does your IT support actually cover?

Do you offer on-site support in Ottawa, or is it all remote?

Both. In the Ottawa area we provide on-site and remote support; across the rest of Canada we support teams remotely. Most issues are resolved fastest remotely, and when something genuinely needs hands on the hardware, we come to you.

How many devices or users does a plan cover?

Support Individual is built for one person; the Team plans scale with your headcount. We size the plan to your team in the first consultation so you are never paying for more than you use.

How fast will you respond when something breaks?

You will hear from a real person, not an automated black hole. We agree response expectations with you during onboarding, and the Team Professional plan adds emergency support allocation for issues that cannot wait.

We already have an IT provider — is switching a hassle?
