How it started

Skincredible Wichita is a physician-led med spa with 27 years of medicine behind it. The practice needed a new website live before its official opening, with no room for the launch to slip.

The problem

The practice was working from a WordPress site that was slow, dated and awkward on a phone. Its search setup missed the treatments and areas the practice wanted to reach, and its page addresses were poorly structured. It also needed booking built in, so patients could book without leaving the site.

8. 8.Added a secure chat assistant that answers questions about treatments and prices, and links straight to booking.
9. 9.Set up tracking that shows which searches bring patients in.

What changed for the client

The complete 26-page site was delivered on time, in under a month, and was live before the official opening. Patients find the right treatment, see the price, get answers from the chat assistant and book without leaving the site. The practice can see which searches bring patients in, so its ads and content can target the same people.
